These Terms of Use describe the legal agreement for the BookVoice iOS application (“the app”). They work together with our Privacy Policy and, for purchases through Apple, the Apple Media Services Terms and related App Store rules.
BookVoice is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a custom EULA is shown for this app in App Store Connect. The current Standard EULA is published by Apple here:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
By downloading or using the app from the App Store, you acknowledge that the Standard EULA (or the custom EULA presented in the store, if applicable) applies to your use of BookVoice.
BookVoice Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features described in the app and on the App Store. Subscriptions are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Available plans include monthly and yearly options; the subscription period, price, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
You agree to use BookVoice only with content you are allowed to access, scan, or listen to under applicable law and the terms of any book or source. Additional expectations about public-domain sources and acceptable use are summarized in the app under Legal → Terms & Conditions.
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes to how subscriptions work will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in the app or on the App Store listing.
For support, see our Support page. For privacy practices, see the Privacy Policy.
This page is provided for App Store and web disclosure. If Apple’s Standard EULA link above changes, use the current URL shown in App Store Connect or on Apple’s legal pages for licensed applications.
